FRIENDS MEMBERSHIP RECEIVES:

The member understands that by enrolling, he/she will automatically receive three shipments each year and the member’s credit card will be charged for cost of wine and shipping at each installment (unless the member chooses to pick up their wine at the tasting room). If the member prefers, Telaya is able to ship all three wine installments at one time with only one shipping charge.  Please just let us know if this is your preference and special arrangements can be made.

The member is responsible for notifying Telaya of any address changes before the wines are shipped. Telaya will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.

Telaya is not able to ship to all states – please contact us to determine if we are able to ship to your state.

Telaya reserves the right to hold shipments due to weather in order to prevent wine damage. If held, the wine will be shipped when weather permits and billing will not occur until shipment.

Members who prefer to pick up their wines will be notified of their availability by email. If not picked up within one month from offering, wine will automatically by shipped at member’s expense.

Any wine returned as undeliverable and not claimed in 6 months will be forfeited.

By enrolling, the member certifies that he/she is 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
