Having always been fascinated by the finer chemical processes as a coffee roaster, Django is highly enthused to turn this particular passion to another field. “Now I get to drink coffee while I make wine and drink wine while I make coffee!”

Django is a Boise native and when not fixing global problems through beverages he spends his life with his wife Aidan, daughter Winchester, dog Hazel and cat Friday.
