-Tickets are $95 each + an Eventbrite fee and tax.

Salmarejo with wrapped Txistorras: Cold salmarejo (cousin of gazpacho) with the spicy txistorra sausage wrapped in a crispy won ton

Charcuterie with Ellie’s crackers: Ansots joins with Snake River Farms to cure a Basque Coppa and Pork Tenderloin

Fried Cod with butter, lemon & pepper: Delicate cod loins fried and topped with a butter lemon sauce on a bed of Piquillo peppers

Croquetas on Roasted Pepper Cream: Ansots’ croquetas made from Spanish jamon serrano and resting on a roasted red pepper cream sauce

Grilled Lamb Chops with chimichurri: Local Idaho lamb from Purple Sage farms grilled and topped with our garlic and Aleppo pepper chimichurri

Lemon Pot de Crème: Tangy and fresh lemon pudding with candied lemon rind
