Charcuterie with Ellie’s crackers: Ansots joins with Snake River Farms to cure a Basque Coppa and Pork Tenderloin
Fried Cod with butter, lemon & pepper: Delicate cod loins fried and topped with a butter lemon sauce on a bed of Piquillo peppers
Croquetas on Roasted Pepper Cream: Ansots’ croquetas made from Spanish jamon serrano and resting on a roasted red pepper cream sauce
Grilled Lamb Chops with chimichurri: Local Idaho lamb from Purple Sage farms grilled and topped with our garlic and Aleppo pepper chimichurri
Lemon Pot de Crème: Tangy and fresh lemon pudding with candied lemon rind
