Gerrod was born and raised in Walla Walla, Washington where he was surrounded by wine culture from a young age. Working in events, he grew to appreciate how hospitality can positively effect the consumer experience. When he got to high school Gerrod found his other passion, music. After getting a Music Education degree from University of Idaho and a Master’s of Trombone from University of Oregon, Gerrod decided to pursue the wine industry when he moved to Boise in July of 2022.
