Tasting Notes:
An ode to our old-world inspired roots! Sangiovese is a true reflection of the wines we love to make right here in Idaho. But sadly, this is likely to be our last vintage of Sangiovese. Hints of chocolate in the color roll into those straw and herbal notes in the nose. The body is full of black pepper, baking spices, and a hint of cocoa nibs.
