2025 Spring Allotment Process

Earl & Carrie have chosen the Winemaker’s Select Allocation (see tab) but, as always, if you want to customize your Spring Allotment wines – you are more than welcome to make any changes.

You can do this one of two ways:
  • By participating in our customization process form below.
  • Stop by the Tasting Room starting Monday, April 7th to choose your wines.

 Option 1 | Customization Process Online:

  • You may customize your Spring Allotment starting Monday, March 24th by using the online “Customize Allotment Form” below.
  • Your Spring Allotment will be available for pickup from the tasting room or shipped to you starting Monday, April 7th. 
  • Customization gives you the opportunity to select your wines on a first-come, first-served basis. Some wines are available in very limited quantities and are not included in the Winemaker’s Select Allocation—customization is the best way to secure these before they sell out. If you prefer an all-red or all-white selection, this is the perfect way to ensure you get exactly what you want.
  • Your credit card on file will be charged once the order has been filled and you may pick up your allotment starting Monday, Monday, April 7th.
  • Ready to start the customization process? Proceed to “Customize Allotment Form” below.
  • Extra Savings on Wine During Customization! When you purchase additional bottles beyond your allotment, you’ll receive an extra 10% off—on top of your Wine Club discounts! Take advantage of this opportunity to stock up for summer.

     

Option 2 | Come on by the Tasting Room:

  • You are also more than welcome to come on by the tasting room to let us know in person what you would like starting Monday, April 7th.  We can put together your allotment immediately and have you on your way in no time.
  •  For all of our Wine Club Members living outside the Treasure Valley area, you will need to customize your wines or you will receive the Winemaker’s Select Allocation.
  • If you customize your Spring Allotment wines, they will be shipped starting Monday,  April 7th (dependent on weather). 
  • If you do not customize your wines, the Winemaker’s Select Allocation will be charged to your credit card on file on Monday, April 14th and shipped starting the week of Monday,  April 21st (dependent on weather).
  • If you need us to hold on to your wine and ship at a later date, please just let us know! And if for any reason your shipping address needs to be updated, just shoot us an email or give us a call.

IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT THE TASTING ROOM AT 208-557-9463.

On Monday, May 5th, if you have not already customized or picked-up your Spring Allotment, your credit card on file will be charged for the 2025 Spring Winemaker’s Select Allocation. But never fret – you can always modify the Winemaker’s Select Allocation to your choosing whenever you come in to pick up your wines.

Spring Allotment Customization Begins Monday, March 24th

You can now begin customizing your Spring release wines! Customization is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, giving you the best chance to secure limited-availability wines before they sell out. If you prefer an all-red or all-white selection, this is the perfect way to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Your credit card on file will be charged once your order is processed, and you can pick up your allotment starting Monday, April 7th. If you live outside the area, your customized Spring Allotment will be shipped complimentary beginning the week of April 7th.

Monday, April 7th | Spring Allotments are Ready for Pick-Up and shipped

You’re always welcome to visit the tasting room and select your Spring Allotment in person starting Monday, April 7th. We’ll put your wines together right away so you can be on your way in no time!

We will be closed early (6:00PM) occasionally for Spring Release events, please check calendar for exact hours.

OUT OF AREA WINE CLUB|Monday, April 14th | Processing of Credit Cards 

To ensure your wines arrive in perfect condition, we’ll be shipping your Spring Allotment early. We’re taking every precaution to protect their quality during transit, so you can enjoy them at their very best. Earl and Carrie have hand-selected a few of our outstanding wines for the Spring Allotments.

  • On Monday, April 14th, for our out of area Wine Club members if you have not already customized your Spring Allotment, your credit card on file will be charged for the 2025 Spring Winemaker’s Select Allocation.
Spring Allotments Will Be Shipped to Members Living Outside the Treasure Valley Area
  • If you customized your wines they will be shipped starting the week of, Monday  April 7th.
  • If you do not customize your wines, the Winemaker’s Select Allocation will be shipped starting the week of Monday, April 21st. If you have any questions please contact pattie@telayawine.com. 
LOCAL WINE CLUB|Monday, May 5th | Processing of Credit Cards 
  • On Monday, May 5th if you have not already customized or picked-up your Spring Allotment, your credit card on file will be charged for the 2025 Spring Winemaker’s Select Allocation.
  •  If you fail to pick up your wine within 30 days of release, we cannot guarantee that specific wines in that release will still be available.
  • You can always modify the Winemaker’s Select Allocation to what wines are available whenever you come in to pick up your wines.

 

July 31st | Wine Club Spring Allotments NOT Claimed Will Be Shipped at Your Expense and your Membership Retired

Please touch base with us if you are unable to pick up during our release so we can accommodate your schedule. We hope you can understand that space at the winery is very limited and we are only able to store your wine for few months following release.  If not picked up and we do not hear from you to make special arrangements, your wine will be shipped at your expense and your membership will be retired.
