Tasting Notes:
With the slightest hint of peach color, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is a perfect start to the evening. Fine bubbles and a bright body with notes of melon. Great way to celebrate a huge accomplishment, forget an ex, or toast Tuesday night. We designed this sparkling wine to be crafted to our quality standards using the centuries-old “méthode champenoise” process. The wine is fruit centered with a touch of that yeasty bread taste.
