Deck Rental Details
The deck is a fully outdoor area located between Telaya’s patio and the Greenbelt and Boise River.
- Accommodates up to 80 guests standing, or up to 60 guests seated depending on the layout
- In case of inclement weather, the deck rental does not include a back-up indoor option
- Entry to the deck has a step down, so it is not wheelchair accessible
- Tables and chairs to seat approximately 60 guests, as well as food tables
- A Telaya team member to serve beverages and make sure that you have an awesome time

Since the Deck is open to the public on a daily basis, we have set time frames for when it can be rented for private events.

Answers to Common Questions
To secure the date of your event, we require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost. This can be paid online through the event contract that will be sent over for an e-signature upon initial planning.
The wine purchase minimum can be met through a single hosted tab or individuals purchasing throughout the event. If the minimum is not met, we will sell you the difference in unopened bottles of wine for you to take home.
Since we don’t have our own kitchen in the space, we work with outside caterers and are happy to make recommendations. We’re also open to working with new caterers if you have someone in mind. Any food served at an event must come from a licensed kitchen.
Event clients get to choose which Telaya wines will be served at the event. We suggest making selections within 1-2 weeks of the event, since our wine list changes frequently. In addition to wine, we can offer beer, cider, Erth botanical soda, sparkling water, and soda at events. We always have complimentary water available for guests.
Each event booking includes one hour of event setup at no extra charge. Garden City has a strict 10pm noise ordinance, so all winery events must end by 10pm.
