Teton Room Details

Located on the second floor of the winery, the Teton Room has beautiful views of the Boise River and foothills. This room is perfect for get-togethers such as all-day meetings, bridal showers and dinners.

  • Accommodates up to 50 guests standing, or up to 30 guests seated depending on the layout
  • Available for rental anytime from 8am – 10pm with a 3 hour rental minimum
  • The room does not have elevator access

Rental includes:

  • Two small balconies with double doors, overlooking the Boise River and Greenbelt
  • Tables and chairs to will be setup by the Telaya team in a predetermined layout of your choice
  • Wi-Fi access and a 75 inch TV available for slideshows and presentations
  • A Telaya team member to serve beverages and make sure that you have an awesome time

Business Meetings & Retreats

​We’re able to offer a special flat rate rental of $600 for any 6+ hour meeting between 8am – 5pm.

For meetings shorter than 6 hours in length & taking place before 5pm, the rate is $100/hour.

Answers to Common Questions

Deposit

To secure the date of your event, we require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost. This can be paid online through the event contract that will be sent over for an e-signature upon initial planning.

Wine Minimum

The wine purchase minimum can be met through a single hosted tab or individuals purchasing throughout the event. If the minimum is not met, we will sell you the difference in unopened bottles of wine for you to take home.

Catering

​Since we don’t have our own kitchen in the space, we work with outside caterers and are happy to make recommendations. We’re also open to working with new caterers if you have someone in mind. Any food served at an event must come from a licensed kitchen.

Beverage Options

Event clients get to choose which Telaya wines will be served at the event. We suggest making selections within 1-2 weeks of the event, since our wine list changes frequently. In addition to wine, we can offer beer, cider, Erth botanical soda, sparkling water, and soda at events. We always have complimentary water available for guests.

Event Timing

Each event booking includes one hour of event setup at no extra charge. Garden City has a strict 10pm noise ordinance, so all winery events must end by 10pm.
