    2026 Fall Allotment Process

    Make it uniquely yours, or let us do the choosing! Customize your allotment with your personal favorites, or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the Winemaker’s Select Allocation (see tab), thoughtfully handpicked by Earl and Carrie just for you.

    Option 1: Customize Online

    • When: September 1–27th, via the “Customize Allotment Form.” Below
    • Why customize: First-come, first-served access to limited-quantity wines (not included in the default selection), and the ability to build an all-red or all-white order.
    • Payment: Your card on file is charged once your order is filled.
    • Pickup: Starts Thursday, September 10th.
    • Bonus: Extra 10% off any additional bottles purchased beyond your allotment during customization (stacks with your Wine Club discount).

    Option 2: Customize In Person

    • Visit the tasting room any day starting Thursday, September 10th, and our staff will help you build your allotment on the spot.
    • Reserve a spot at one of our tasting events or pickup parties and customize your allotment while you’re there.

    If You Skip Customization

    • No action needed —if you have not customized or picked up your 2026 Fall Allotment by Tuesday, September 29th, you will automatically be charged for the Winemaker’s Select Allocation with your card on file, and your allocation will be ready for pickup.

      No worries if you haven’t customized your allotment yet! When you come in to pick it up, you can still customize your allocation at that time.

    To ensure your wines arrive in perfect condition, we’ll be shipping your Fall Allotment later. We’re taking every precaution to protect their quality during transit, so you can enjoy them at their very best.  Need us to hold your wine and ship later, or need to update your shipping address? Just email or call us.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your membership, please email pattie@telayawine.com by September 25th. Cancellations made after your credit card has been charged will incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be billed to the card on file.

    Hours may end early (6:00 PM) on select days for Fall Release events — check the calendar for exact times.

    Wine Club Spring Allotments Not Picked Up Will Be Shipped at Member’s Expense. 

    Please touch base with us if you’re unable to pick up your allotment during the release so we can work with you to accommodate your schedule. We understand that life gets busy!

    Because storage space at the winery is limited, we’re only able to hold unclaimed wine for a few months following the release. If your allotment has not been picked up and we haven’t heard from you to make other arrangements, your wine will be shipped at your expense.

    [Sawtooth Vineyard, Snake River Valley, ID | 530 Cases] 100% Cinsault TASTING NOTES: Pale salmon in color, this Rosé of Cinsault opens with fresh aromas of Asian pear, peach, and orange peel. Bright flavors of pineapple, orange zest, and underripe watermelon are balanced by a crisp acidity and subtle crushed gravel minerality. Refreshing and easy-drinking, it's the perfect wine to sip by the river on a warm afternoon.

    [Skyline Vineyard, Snake River Valley, ID | 475 Cases] TASTING NOTES:Our 2023 Malbec shines with a velvety crimson hue and enticing aromas of mixed berries, lavender, dried rosemary, thyme, and sweet tobacco. The palate offers layers of dark berries, sweet red licorice, and subtle forest floor notes, creating a wine that is both expressive and complex. Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, smoky spice, and a touch of pepper lead the way. On the palate, smooth tannins frame rich blackberry flavors, finishing with a lingering peppery note. This large-format bottle promises a rewarding journey with many years of aging ahead.
